Our Team

We bring different perspectives to the table, but we’re united by a love for intentional work, and real connection.

Chris is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has been working in the mental health field for over a decade. He earned his degree from the University of Southern California in 2010 and became licensed in 2014.

Throughout his career, Chris has gained extensive experience across a wide range of clinical settings, including correctional facilities, residential treatment, and community mental health. He has worked with individuals facing severe and persistent mental illness, bringing both structure and compassion to complex cases.

Chris previously owned and operated BeWell Counseling, where he worked closely with teens, couples, and families. He has a particular passion for working with adolescents and athletes, helping them navigate performance pressure, identity, relationships, and life transitions.

In addition to his clinical work, Chris has held leadership roles in high-acuity environments, including managing a 60-bed mental health facility. He also completed specialized traineeship work in a domestic violence shelter, further deepening his experience in trauma-informed care.

His approach to therapy is grounded, direct, and focused on helping clients create meaningful, lasting change.

She has worked closely with multidisciplinary teams to support clients with complex needs, while maintaining a strong focus on structure, accountability, and compassionate care.

Mehgan’s approach is direct, and sincere. She creates a space that feels both supportive and honest—where clients are met with empathy, but also gently challenged to grow.
