This brief phone consultation is an opportunity to connect, ask questions, and get a better sense of what you’re looking for. We’ll talk through your needs, explore what type of support may be the best fit, and answer any questions you may have about the process.

Individual therapy is a 50 minute session dedicated to you. It’s a space where you can show up as you are, talk openly about what’s been going on, and feel supported along the way. Together, we’ll work to better understand your thoughts and emotions and help you move forward with more clarity and confidence.

Couples therapy is a 50 minute session for you and your partner to come together and work through what’s been feeling difficult. It’s a space to be heard, better understand each other, and begin to move forward with more clarity and connection.
Together, we’ll focus on improving communication, navigating challenges, and building a stronger, more supportive relationship.

Family therapy is a 50 minute session designed to help families navigate challenges, improve communication, and strengthen relationships. Sessions focus on understanding patterns, addressing concerns, and working toward more supportive and effective ways of relating to one another.

Intake Session
Begin with a comprehensive 90-minute, one-on-one intake session with a registered dietitian to explore your relationship with food, health history, and personal goals. This session is designed to provide a deeper understanding of your unique needs, identify patterns in eating behaviors, and establish a strong foundation for sustainable change. You will leave with personalized recommendations and a clear, supportive plan tailored to your lifestyle.
Ongoing Session
Ongoing 50-minute sessions provide continued support, accountability, and individualized adjustments to your nutrition plan. Together, we will build on progress, navigate challenges, and strengthen skills to support a balanced and sustainable relationship with food. These sessions are collaborative, goal-oriented, and tailored to meet you where you are in your journey.

Our psychiatric services offer compassionate, individualized support for clients who may benefit from medication as part of their mental health treatment. Services include comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication consultations, prescribing, ongoing medication management, and monitoring for effectiveness and potential side effects.
We take a collaborative, whole-person approach that considers each client’s symptoms, medical history, goals, lifestyle, and personal preferences. When appropriate and with the client’s consent, our psychiatric provider can coordinate with therapists and other healthcare professionals to promote consistent, well-rounded care. Our goal is to help every client feel informed, heard, and actively involved in decisions about their treatment.

ED Recovery Coaching
Eating disorder recovery coaching offers 45 minute, one-on-one bespoke sessions tailored to each client’s unique recovery needs. This includes unlimited texting for in the moment support. Coaching for individuals navigating eating disorders or disordered eating patterns. This service takes a more hands-on, practical approach to recovery, including meal support, accountability, and guidance through everyday challenges.
Sessions are available in person or virtually and are tailored to meet you where you are. Whether you’re working on building consistency with meals, navigating food-related anxiety, or needing support during mealtimes, this space is here to help you feel more supported, confident, and steady in your recovery
In the moment text only support
Text only support is also available to provide real-time guidance, encouragement, and accountability between sessions—helping you stay connected and supported in your day-to-day recovery. This option includes a monthly 30 minute zoom check in.

Group counseling offers a supportive space to build skills, gain insight, and connect with others who may be navigating similar challenges. These 60-minute groups include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cooking Skills, and Meal Support groups. Our focus is helping you build practical tools to manage emotions, shift unhelpful patterns, and feel more balanced in your day-to-day life.

Free Community Grief Support Group
Grief can feel overwhelming, isolating, and difficult to navigate alone. It is not a one-size-fits-all experience; Every person processes loss differently, and there is no "right" way to grieve.
Led by Pastor Bonnie Boe, this group provides a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment where individuals can share their experiences, connect with others who understand, and find encouragement throughout the grieving process. Participants are welcome to listen, share, or simply be present as they move through their own unique journey of healing.
This group is open to adults of all backgrounds and faith traditions. There is no cost to attend.
